2/ By giving you the exercise and nutritional guidelines to lose weight and start wearing the clothes that have turned too tight for you
3/ By focusing on resistance training to improve your strength without becoming bulky to increase your longevity and independence moving into later life

ABOUT ME...
Hey! Ben here👋
I currently live in Kirrie with my special boy, Nevis (who’s the most important thing in my life right now..)🐾
And in September 2022, I launched Ben Reid Personal Training, with a simple objective:
To help men and women improve their fitness, strength and self-confidence even if you’ve never set foot into a gym before, or given it a go previously.
Here’s a few lines about me so you understand if I’ll be of any help to you..
I’ve lived in Kirrie all my life, and grew up loving football and generally just staying active.
I used to work in the big Co-op, studied hard at Abertay University and became an employee of Cargill’s Gym in Kirrie
And it was this job that made me feel pretty amazing about myself. I loved helping others, and being part of a special community.
So I knew that becoming a personal trainer was the career path I was destined for.
And it means I’m now in the grateful position to help everyone achieve that spring in their step and self-confidence they’ve been desperately seeking,
Just like:
Shirley, Brenda and Alan who’ve fought the ageing process and becoming stronger post-retirement,
Liz, Sarah and Jackie who can now start to feel better in their own skin and appreciate what they see in the mirror more,
And Kelly, Dave and Mark who’ve lost weight and become stronger without feeding off grass and green beans.
